Our refund and returns policy: during receive the ice cream cake, pls open cooler bag double check ice cream cake no melt issue before storage at 12°c frozen area, if one hour have passed since your receive the ice cream cake, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Exchange and Refund
If any ice cream cake melt issue during receive, pls take photo and what’s app us with photo at H/P:0122182888 THTan immediately, we will arrange replace new one asap or if no stock for replace new one, we will arrange refund.
